Matthew Falk lives with his wife and their cats in Bay City, where he works for Mayapple Press. He holds a BA in creative writing from Saginaw Valley State University, is a former editor-in-chief of Cardinal Sins, and has won two Raymond Tyner Prizes for his fiction and poetry.

She has a Bachelor of Arts in English from Saginaw Valley State University (where she was editor-in-chief of Cardinal Sins, the university's fine arts publication) and is working on her Masters at University of Michigan-Flint.
