Professional trainer and group fitness instructor Kristin Charboneau holds a B.S. in Exercise Science from Western Michigan University and is accredited through the Aerobic Fitness Association of America. Since earning her degree in 1995, she has worked in several elite health clubs in 5 major U.S. cities, offering programs for a range of adults, teens through senior citizens. In addition to leading overall weight-loss and strength programs, she works with individuals with such high risk factors as diabetes, high blood pressure, stroke, arthritis, and heart conditions, among others. With 19 years experience in the health and fitness industry, her teaching background includes step, kickboxing, core (low back, abdominal and flexibility) total conditioning, boot camp, Zumba, and much more.
