The Saginaw Arts &
Enrichment Commission will celebrate the 22nd Annual All Area
Arts Awards on Thursday May 5, at The Dow Event Center.
The reception, dinner with entertainment followed by the awards
ceremony will recognize arts organizations, businesses, volunteers
and civic leaders whose efforts on behalf of the arts have enhanced
the Quality of Life in Saginaw County. The event is open to the
public and tickets are now on sale for $40 per person. Call the

The evening will kick off with the award winning Trojan Drum
Line and the call to celebrate followed by this year’s featured
entertainment, Ah Tempo! This energetic men’s sextet from the
Saginaw Choral Society has elicited bravos and laughter from
audiences all over.
In celebration of the Saginaw Arts & Enrichment Commission’s 25th
Anniversary, Saginaw’s own award-winning actor and musician,
Brian d’Arcy James will be on hand to accept a special anniversary
award. Brian is best known for his roles on Broadway, including;
Shrek the Musical, Sweet Smell of Success, White Christmas,
Titanic and many others.
Social hour begins at 6:30 p.m. followed by dinner, entertainment
and the announcement of the All Area Arts Awards at 7:45 p.m.

PRIDE’s Friday Night Live, Tom Trombley, Saginaw Choral
Society, and The Saginaw News.
