On Friday, September 18th, Court Street Gallery, in association with 360 Main Street, will host a night of poetry featuring Kate Greenstreet and JodiAnn Stevenson.

The New Jersey-based Greenstreet will be on tour to support her second full-length book of poetry, The Last 4 Things, which was just published by Ahsahta Press.  Greenstreet's first collection case sensitive, also published by Ahsahta, received much critical attention, and there is great anticipation for her second release which also includes a dvd of video art.

Joining Greenstreet will be Bay City resident and Delta College Professor JodiAnn Stevenson, whose first book The Procedure was published in 2006 by March Street Press.

Both poets will have their books available for sale.  In addition, Saginaw-based Lame House Press will be publishing two limited edition broadsides to mark the occasion.

The event starts at 7pm.  Court Street Gallery is located on the second floor of 414 Court Street in Old Town Saginaw.  For more information on the gallery and to view a schedule of their events, visit http://CourtStGallery.com.
